As many of you will know, BRACE has been helping PACE (Powys Action on the Climate Action) to carry out research into the amenities available locally, trying to identify any gaps in the facilities and services on offer. The research is an attempt to see whether the urban concept of 20-minute Neighbourhoods can be applied in a rural setting.
