Open Garden at The Chestnuts
Garden lovers had a rare opportunity to visit a hidden treasure in aid of a charitable project to reduce food waste. Jane Pawley kindly opened her gates for visitors to marvel at the spring colour in the enchanting oasis she has created at The Chestnuts in the centre of Llanfyllin over the past 30 years….

We will be hosting an online talk from Powys County Council’s Footpaths Officer about rights of way. Everyone is welcome. The meeting will take place on Zoom.
New Wildflower Turf at St Myllin’s
A band of BRACE volunteers laid wildflower turf in the churchyard of St Myllin’s this afternoon to increase biodiversity and help pollinators in the years to come. It might not look like much now, but hopefully it will be bursting with pollinator-friendly wildflowers next spring!
