Calling all homeowners! We can all have healthier, warmer homes, lower energy bills, and cut carbon emissions by making our homes more energy efficient.
Severn Wye Energy Agency is providing free retrofit advice as part of a new pilot scheme called Future Ready Homes. The scheme offers a fully-funded home energy assessment and action plan. It aims to give homeowners the confidence and direction they need to address the retrofit needs of their property. It covers Powys, Shropshire and Herefordshire, but there are a limited number places available at the moment.
They are particularly looking for households that are genuinely interested in doing significant retrofit work, so that they can get useful information about the installation process and energy savings that result from it. There are hoping for about 50 households across Powys to take part. You could be among those 50 households!
